用最简单的原料香葱和面粉， 做出适合全家的美味面食。 葱油饼的做法林林总总， 有发面的，也有死面的，口味也各有千秋。 今天我们要做的这款千层手抓葱油饼， 用了油酥和上下卷的卷法， 层次多不沾黏，饼皮酥脆，内部香软，葱香扑鼻。

用上下卷叠起的方式，让饼的层次更多

煎的时候，要借助铲子和筷子将饼的分层拍松

出锅的葱油饼，外酥内软，层次分明，葱香扑鼻

以下份量可做4个千层手抓葱油饼
原料
中筋面粉 300克
盐3克
植物油 5ml
温水（40度）195毫升

油酥
白胡椒粉 1茶匙
盐  1茶匙
植物油  25毫升
中筋面粉 12克
