SUMMARY:今天(7月23日星期四)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比稍微变差,但最终用户能拿到的利率暂时还没有变化。目前加州重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率目前最低仍可以做到2.875%,15年固定仍维持在2.5%的低点;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率降至2.75%,15年为2.375%。
如果你想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家贷款公司开始递交房贷申请,着手准备材料,然后就耐心等待,等到利率满意的时候再下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家贷款公司都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
