所需要的材料有:
牛肉650g
孜然粉 半汤匙
不辣的辣椒面 半汤匙
盐 1g
麻辣鲜十三香 一汤匙
糖 半汤匙
先去除血水,把牛肉片摆入网架上,放入烤箱里380F烘烤15分钟!
放进烤箱出来烤熟和烤香以外,还有风干的效果,已经去除了血水的牛肉干,表面干爽,不会上色不均匀,就是原有的牛肉的颜色,话不多说就是无敌好吃
