【早餐鸡蛋饼】最简单的两种蛋饼做法 快捷又营养 （图文+视频）

培根或火腿、一杯牛奶或一碗粥，美好的一天从营养的早餐开始。

1. 也就是葱花鸡蛋饼，早餐最常做的一种，因为太简单了，而且老少都喜欢。

2. 蔬菜蛋饼，用牛奶调面糊营养加倍，为了让小朋友多吃点蔬菜，也算是绞尽脑汁了。

谢谢，还是可以简化些，你那鸡蛋饼把鸡蛋混合一次煎不就行了？那些碎碎我觉得有点费事，当然bancon也有碎的卖。我这人总想尽量简化，像我做米酒就是电饭煲然后冷却拌酒药水，什么纱布蒸全不用。主妇们总想精致。
