小土豆小巧可爱，口感更绵密一些，经常拿来先煮后煎，再撒一些烧烤料，简单快速的一道烧烤味美食！因了土豆的小，整个清洗、剥皮、煎制的过程中，动作下意识地变轻柔了， 心情也跟着慢慢舒缓了.......

 

 

小土豆清洗干净，入水的瞬间，感觉它们很可爱！

 

煮熟的土豆，趁热剥去外皮，如果是很新鲜的土豆，也可以不剥皮，是另一种口感。

 

 

平底锅放入少量的油，把土豆煎至金黄，中间用铲子轻轻地把土豆压扁，然后撒上准备好的烧烤料，翻炒片刻，很快就有烧烤的香味串出，可以出锅了！撒点香菜葱花，很漂亮的一盘小土豆！
