1)菊花和枸杞入肝经,菊花缓解眼疲劳;枸杞养肝明目,且富含能使眼睛健康、明亮的胡萝卜素等必需营养素。很适合平时经常看电脑、玩手机的人群饮用;黑枸杞和红枸杞的功效基本是相似的,都有滋补肝肾、滋阴润肺的作用。但是黑枸杞是野生的(含有较多原花青素),相对于红枸杞(黑枸杞和红枸杞的功效基本是相似的,都有滋补肝肾、滋阴润肺的作用。但是黑枸杞是野生的,相对于红枸杞(红枸杞主要含有胡萝卜素、维生素、氨基酸等)来讲,滋阴的力量要强一些,其性味也更加滋腻。如果是肾阴虚,或者是肺阴不足的,可以服用黑枸杞,不过这种情况一般见于老年人。如果是年轻力壮者,服用黑枸杞以后可能会导致上火的症状。

 

2)夏季的火锅、烧烤,肉食较多,免不了辛辣。解辣就喝酸奶,或酸梅汤,或柠檬汁。辣椒素不溶于水,所以喝水并不解辣。真正可以解辣的就是低温的全脂酸奶,酸奶中的酪蛋白能带走辣椒素。酸梅或柠檬的有机酸,可以中和辣椒素(生物碱)。


3)吃自助餐,量的把握很重要,暴饮暴食会大大增加肠胃的负担,严重可引起呕吐、腹泻、急性肠胃炎、胰腺炎,十二分饱是一定不可取的;蔬菜和肉食(尤其是海鲜)可以交替进餐,少喝汤,少冷饮,不建议进食淀粉类食物,尤其是根茎类(易胀气、饱腹感强,浪费了美食);可以少量油炸食物;最后要补充益生菌酸奶。


4)水果一次摄入过量,容易引起较高的血糖反应,尤其是糖代谢异常的人群,更要注意少量分次吃水果;低甜度,低果糖是首选;酸味水果更佳。较高糖分的水果(比如苹果、香蕉、梨子、柿子、榴莲、菠萝蜜、荔枝、龙眼、甘蔗),都是经过几十年人工选育的结果,其中的果糖含量非常高,更容易导致脂肪堆积。大量果糖造成肝脏脂肪沉积,出现脂肪肝,同时还产生代谢紊乱,降低胰岛素敏感性,增加糖尿病风险。 过度摄入果糖也会造成内源性嘌呤增加(提示身体分解代谢加强),尿酸升高,增加痛风危险。
