SUMMARY:由于新冠病毒Delta变种继续肆虐,造成金融市场对美经济复苏的担心,进而追捧美国债,美10年期国债的收益率又回落至1.24%的水平,导致今天(8月16日星期一)房贷二级市场的利率价格和上周五相比继续变好。目前30年固定的零费用重贷利率又回落至2.75%,15年固定仍为2.125%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为2.625%,15年固定为2.0% with 0 point, plus closing cost。
