举例看一下某大公司的组织结构
例子是LOCKHEED-MARTIN。全球雇员11万,专业人员(ENGINEERS, SCIENTISTS,IT PROFESSIONALS)6万人。
公司下面有四个部门,这个部门的领导是EVP,工资100万左右,加股权可以到700万。
再下一个层次,DIVISIONAL DIRECTOR, 工资在30-40万之间,股票不详。
根据做的东西再分成一个一个PROGRAM。洛马现在有将近1000个项目在进行,平均每个项目有60几个专业人员。
每个PROGRAM分四个层次。
Tier1 –Program Manager/VP, PROGRAM MANAGER 工资大概20万。
Tier2-Functional Teams (Finance, Chief Engineer, Quality, Operations, etc.), CHIEF ENGINEER 工资大概20万。10年以上经验(LEVEL 6)。
Tier3-Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) (Weapon System Development, Weapon System Integration, etc.), LEAD ENGINEER工资15万,六七年经验(LEVEL 4)
Tier4-detailed product development.
ENGINEER:工资8-10万。
另外非专业人员,Floor or touch workers belong to component assembly teams.[118] Lockheed Martin manages and maintains its relationship with these touch workers through its supervisors and unions.[119]
