SUMMARY:今天(12月1日星期三)房贷二级市场的利率价格受加州发现第一列Omicron变种病毒感染病例的影响,和昨天相比先差后好,结果是和昨天相比基本持平。目前加州30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍为3.0%,15年固定为2.25%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为2.875% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 2.910%),15年固定为2.125% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 2.135%)。
