控痘之旅记录-45+

最近在控痘之旅上有小有挫折。所以打算回顾一下。青春期的时候好像真的不记得有什么痘。从20多岁上班以后,大概每个月大姨妈来之前都会长痘,这样的情况在怀孕的时候似乎减轻一些。痘的分布是全脸,额头,脸颊,下巴,哪里都可能有。用过资生堂的控痘洗面乳,没有任何效果。
–这个情况有明显的改善是在2019-2020,那一段我在饮食上有重大改善,碳水,糖类大大减少。以前我特别喜欢康师傅的饼干和Ferraro巧克力,办公室里常备。现在那些早就换成新鲜苹果和蔬菜零食了。那一阵的大半年,没有一颗痘。后来新的饮食结构稳定下来,就又可开始出痘,但是明显少了。
–到2020年11月,我开始用A酸控痘,抗衰老,又是好几个月没有这个问题
–2021年3月,我因为提高A酸浓度,有一个月的时间爆痘-purging. 后来就稳定下来
–2021夏天开始用cerave salicylic acid cleanser, 和azelaic acid, 情况更为好转
–2021年底,每1-2个月下巴会出一个痘,在A酸,SA,Azelaic acid的作用下,痘一般痘不会太大,炎症反应很温和,很快就恢复了,不太留疤。

所以总结一下,起痘和激素水平非常相关,在来月经的时候,雌激素下降,雌雄激素对抗不足,就容易长痘,尤其是口周。饮食和起痘也很有关系,奶制品和高糖是出痘的高风险食物。我想我的饮食里这些都不是问题,但是可能我用蛋白粉,在一定程度上也升糖,以后要降低蛋白粉摄入。还有就是保证睡眠,控制压力,这些都会影响血糖水平,影响皮肤。在护肤品的使用上,和女儿学到一个技巧,在用SA洗面奶的时候,在出油部位轻揉一下,涂上之后(晚上洗脸),去刷牙,让活性产品有更多时间发挥作用,同时避免在眼周用。谷爱凌陪妈妈滑雪,我家女儿陪我抗痘。hh

我已经接受这样偶尔有痘的现状。很多改善不是那么容易,身体整体地协调优化就最好啦!
