SUMMARY:今天(2022年8月4日星期四)美房贷二级市场的利率价格和昨天相比变好。目前加州30年固定的零费用重贷利率降至4.875%,15年固定降至4.25%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率降至4.75% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 4.800%),15年固定降为4.125% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 4.192)。
