有关联合国常任理事国的问题

联合国秘书长安南已经明确表示支持日本成为联合国常任理事国，请同胞
到网上签名反对，韩国人口4800万， 很短时间内就征集 3000万 签名，
咱们十几亿人口，到现在连10万人都不到 ，请转发其他人。。。 不签名也可以帮忙转发，尽点微薄之力，不会浪费5秒钟时间

本人一定投反对票。但这一直是个争议的问题：
安南,his whole life is involving in UN field. Personally I respect his work. He is always in favor of enlarging the Security Council. At present, these 5 members, i.e. U.S., UK, France, Russian and China have been there since 1945. The reason to be member was those 5 countries have Neuclear weapons. At present, more countries have neuclear weapons. More members should be in the Security Council has its reason.
If Japan is not in, then India will be in. Question is who country do you support to be in?
