盐姜(步骤图)和姜味冰激淋

不知道大家有没有吃过盐姜,反正我第一次看见我家老大这样吃时很受刺激,想不通怎么有人能把这个直接放进嘴里,现在我也不吃,只管做,他吃。

挑稍微新鲜一点的老姜,泡在冷水里半天左右


刨去皮



吸干水分后,抹上盐,晒着



干了就是这样子的,可以吃了,还没干时,某人就偷吃了很多



姜味冰激淋

这个是我喜欢的

材料:鸡蛋四个,蛋白蛋黄分离, 白糖120g,鲜奶油(whipping cream)300ml,姜粉1小匙,糖姜(crystalized ginger)120g,切成小粒

-蛋黄打匀,蛋白打发,然后一匙一匙加白糖,一边加一边打。
-鲜奶油打发,把蛋白蛋黄拌入打好的奶油中
-搅入姜粉和糖姜,加盖放进冷冻室

中途要拿出来搅拌一下,不然糖姜会沉到底下。
