　　据北京奥组委票务中心有关负责人介绍，参与第一阶段购票的公众只要成功提交预订单，无论中签与否，北京奥组委都将以邮件形式告知。北京奥组委将确保所有参与第一阶段订票的公众尽快获知中签情况，所有确认函的寄送工作也将在近日完成。

　　北京奥组委票务中心负责人提醒所有购票人，近期要注意查收电子邮件及邮寄信件。中签人要保证其付款账户余额足够支付其预订到的门票总价款，中国银行将于 9月中旬开始集中扣款。凡是在9月30日前由于购票人原因导致中国银行无法成功扣款的，门票预订资格将被取消，并投放至第二阶段继续向境内公众公开销售。
