苦瓜焖鸡煲-

- 苦瓜过开水,
- 小鸡切块,过开水,
-砂锅热油炒香姜片,加鸡块,炒brown,加酱油,糖,酒,高汤,焖烧15分钟,加苦瓜,再焖烧,10分钟,洒葱花,上桌.
