一忙连肉都懒得切,用绞肉很方便. 腊肉,香肠这类的东西也很能应付.

豆鼓炒辣椒- 好象上过类似的菜.

油锅炒香不到1 LB肉末,加酒,酱油,炒干,取一半出来给蚂蚁爬树用,

剩下的肉末里, 加 蒜片,姜末,豆鼓再炒香, 加小青椒,红椒炒,加盐,糖,味精,胡椒,拌匀.

蚂蚁上树—

热油锅放姜末,葱末,蒜末,炒香,加豆瓣酱炒,加上面炒过的肉末炒, 放鸡汤,酱油,糖,味精,烧开,放泡好的粉丝翻炒几下好了,放一点麻油.

腊肉炒蒜苗-热锅放切片的腊肉炒出油, 加切段的干辣椒,蒜片炒,加酱豆干炒, 放一点盐,糖,味精,加蒜苗,炒匀,好了.

火腿海带芽汤-火腿(salt-cured aged country ham shank)加水炖出味, 吃前放洗净的海带芽,好吃.

再介绍一个很好吃,很软的面包机面包:

½ cup water
1cup plain yogurt (我用了Trader Joe 的French creamy yogurt, 很厚那种)
3 cup bread flour
1 tsp salt
2 tb sugar
1 ½ tb dry milk
1 ½ tb butter
2 tsp dry yeast

用basic bread setting, medium color, 烤好后马上拿出来刷上牛奶,皮会很软.
