这几天很忙,就做了一些不花时间和不动脑筋的菜.

Dinner 1:

卤牛肚- 用我的老卤(还是照ROLL的方子做的)做的. 先用开水川过,进卤汁烧.

红烧箩卜和鲍菇--箩卜和鲍菇用油炒一炒, 也加一小碗卤汁, 加冰糖, 姜片,葱段, 盖盖烧熟.

小青椒炒牛肉和牛白叶- Flank steak 切条,用酱油,酒, 糖,麻油腌过,进热油锅大火爆炒,加小红椒和小青椒炒, 加牛白叶,耗油,炒几下,好了.

香肠炒西葫芦—香肠炒香,加蒜,炒几下,加磨菇片,西葫芦片,耗油,炒一炒,勾欠,好了.

汤—猪脚, 熏蹄,和泡过夜的黄豆一起炖烂.

Dinner 2:

锅塔豆腐—嫩豆腐切大块,两面裹上面粉,再裹上蛋液,进不粘锅, 用油两面煎金黄后,洒姜末,小葱末, 鸡汤,盐,酒,糖,麻油 煮, 水稍收干起锅.

磨菇炒香肠—热锅放香肠炒几下,放磨骨炒成金黄,加耗油翻几下好了.

牛肉炒蒜柳—用了火锅牛肉加韩国烧烤酱,姜丝,一起炒,快干了,加冰冻的蒜柳炒入味,家麻油拌匀,装盘,洒芝麻.

汤—鸡爪和泡过夜的无皮花生炖烂.
