Life
Egret gently landing in sight
Bring the zither in the mist rain
At the moment of sacrifice
The sleepless bitter zen
Quietly arise
A clean verse before the setting moon
Puts out the oil lamp
Which exhausts the bone
Lays down your heaviness
And the mercy earth will give it a home
Slender leg egret outside the window
Opens the wings with imaginary light
Disappearing in the featherlike rain
Does not take a drop of life
