stop and walk

cc likes to walk and not sitting in her stroller. i bought her a harness, just to make sure she is always within my reach.

after few days of walking on the street, she soon notice there are times we have to stop and could not cross the road. she started to make fuss when we have to wait. i showed her the signs and she was very interested.

she could say "stop" before this and i told her the red sign is a hand saying "stop", meaning we could not cross; the white sign is "walk" and with that sign, we could cross the road.

she seems to be very excited and shouts "stop" none stop with her "stop" hand gesture (showing her hand and move it from up to down). when she sees the "walk" sign, she would open and close her hand and say "walk".

she now knows how to say the words and do the hand gestures right. everytime we stop in front of the light, i ask her : could we cross the road? she would check the sign and then tell me yes or no.
