自做荞麦面本来是想来用手工的方法, 象这里几位面食大师那样, 结果是半途而废, 还是把我的武器给搬出来了, 可能是加了荞麦的原因, 面特硬劲, 跟本扞不动, 吃起来口感到是特好,

面做好了, 来个辣八宝酱拌它, 非常好吃, 这个辣八宝酱也很下饭的,

调味料:

甜面酱, 豆瓣酱, 辣豆瓣酱, 各2 汤勺, 再加点糖, 拌匀,

材料:

鸡脯切丁, 用酒, 盐, 生抽, 胡椒, 淀粉, 马味,
五花肉切丁, 用酒, 盐, 生抽, 胡椒, 淀粉, 马味

红洋葱丁, 花生米, 豆干丁, 红椒丁, 毛豆, 虾米, 香菇丁, 笋丁,

热油锅先炒五花肉,把油逼出来, 肉也炒金黄, 取出,
下鸡丁炒干水, 加香菇炒干, 加虾米, 花生米, 洋葱炒香, 加肉丁, 淋料酒 翻炒, 加调味酱, 炒香, 加其它料炒熟, 淋麻油, 就好啦,

碗底放一些黄瓜丝, 加面条, 加八宝酱, 撒葱花,香菜, 拌匀, 吃吧.
