香香鸡包仔 (包括食谱圖)

餡材料:大鸡腿(chicken thigh)4件,東菇4只,元茜小小,盐,糖,cornstarch (玉米澱粉),酱油,芝麻油,胡椒粉,菜油各小小.
把大鸡腿切柳丁,加入醃料醃 2 小時.

包皮材料: 底筋麵粉400g, 发酵粉(baking power)1小勾,(將面粉和发酵粉
混合). 速發酵母(yeast)糖1大勾,溫水230-240毫升.我是用面包機發面的.
將溫水,糖, 速發酵母(yeast)放在面包機內,等5分鐘, 加面粉. 然后按dough setting. 就ok了. Let the bread machine do the job.我包了26個包包.(next time I need to add another tbl sugar in this recipe)
