兒時小吃和其它

有天悶悶地,打開廚柜看看有什么好吃的,看見有麥芽糖,就想起兒時了,在兒時母靚比斗零(5仙)我,我就去街邊買蘇打餅夾麥芽糖來吃,前兩年回香港去長洲,這看見一個老婆婆在賣呢,這時候已經是2元一塊了.

材料:蘇打餅 麥芽糖 竹簽
把竹簽挑起麥芽糖成波,夾在兩片蘇打餅中間即成,很好吃的.

千島醬蟹肉沙拉

我吃什么就show什么出來,這個crab louie salad 以前出過了,今次比較懶,買現成的袋裝沙拉,里面什么菜都有了,蟹肉是用新鮮的,用水把它煮熟,除去骨就是,再加樽裝asparagus spears和蛋(今次沒有蛋)
千島醬就是用茄汁 蒜頭 和沙拉醬攪在一起即成(味道自己教)

豆腐面
哈!!不知這豆腐麵是不是新產品,是在日本店看到的就買回來試下,質地很似普通的麵有UN力,但打開個袋的時候有好重的鹼水味,要洗和出水才可以煮,今次煮面沒有下肉,全都是菜,湯底下是用菜精.(這個菜精味道也很好)在這不講做法了)豆腐麵里面有教怎樣做的.

日木魚生和飯

真係好喜歡吃日本菜,但有個難題就係,買了那些魚生回來就要即日吃,吃不完第二天也要把它吃完,不然就要倒掉,老公不喜歡一連兩日都吃同樣的菜,所以好多時都會把吃剩的魚生放在冰格里,等記得吃的時侯又覺得放得太久了,還是要把它扔掉.

加州卷好吃易做

面豉燴茄子
在綱上看到一個blog茄子張相好吸引,他是在餐廳里吃的,介紹有什么材料,我又學下做,真的很好吃又好看.

材料: 茄子 咸 甜面豉醬 芝麻 蝦 紅蘿蔔 秋葵 芋頭 油

將茄子切開半肉邊切一間間,不要切太深大約1cm,用油查在上面,放入焗爐開boiler制焗到有小小蕉,拿出來放在一旁.

蝦 紅蘿蔔 秋葵 芋頭煮熟,把咸 甜面豉醬攪勻,查在焗好的茄子上放上芝麻,放回焗爐焗熱拿出來放在碟上,把煮熟的蝦 紅蘿蔔 秋葵 芋頭放在茄子上即成.
