教小孩子“正确”地洗手－预防流感 （图）

刚到美国后觉得很奇怪的一件事就是大家吃饭前不洗手，更有甚者，还要咂手指头。这违反小时候接受的关于洗手可以预防肠道传染病的教育。

由于预计今年H1N1流感会流行，美国疾病预防控制中心认为洗手是预防流感传播的最有效方法，要广泛宣传，对全民进行再教育。今天参加社区的健康卫生宣传日活动，城市卫生部门散发预防流感的传单，强调家长要告诉小孩子正确洗手的方法。


手不但要经常洗，还要知道有效的方法。彻底洗一次手需要２０秒钟，大约是唱两遍ABCＤ歌曲的时间，这样小孩子就容易记住了。
