常常看到有人问如何给父母办绿卡，首先就是要准备材料，我把要准备的材料列出来，希望对用得上的朋友有帮助。
- Form I-130, 本人 petitioning for father/mother, check attached - Copy of Naturalization certificate of 本人 - Copy of 本人's passport - Birth certificate of 本人 - Marriage certificate of father and mother (only needed in father's package) - Copy of the court order for 本人's name change (if applicable) - Form I-485, check attached, 2 photos attached (parent's) - G-325A Biographic Information (parent's) - Form I-693, sealed Medical Examination Sheet (parent's) - Form I-864 Affidavit of Support (本人) - Form I-864A (if husband/wife's financial support is needed) - Form I-864 support docs: Tax return and 2 most recent pay stubs (本人) - Form I-94 of father/mother - father/mother's birth certificate - Copy of father/mother's passport, including the page with nonimmigrant visa
如果需要申请Advanced Parole，用I-131表格 with additional 2 photos，因为费用已经包括在I-485的申请费里了，不申请也不省钱，所以建议一起申请。 父母一人一个package，相互独立的case，谁也不是谁的dependent。
以上是父母在美国申请绿卡的情况下所需文件。如果父母人在中国申请美国律卡，只需递交I-130及其辅助材料，不需I-485。 |
