All you need are flour (I love to use unbleached flour, about 4 to 4 and half cup), 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of butter, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 cup warm milk, 2 eggs and 2 and 1/2 tsp of yeast.
1.奶油,糖,牛奶,盐混合好加温热,放入yeast,等分钟
2.把1倒入面粉中和面
3.发面
4.做型,放入烤盘.
5.二次发面,刷蛋液,不涮也行,
6.烤箱预热325F,烤面包.

如果你要先烤,也可以,第二天吃前要喷一点水,用锡纸包好,在烤箱里热透最好.
