In filling I131, I am stuck here:

Explain why I am qualified for AP?
Since I am applying for marriage based GC, I guess the long waiting shouldn\'t be used as a reason, what would you do here?

In my case, do you think it might be easier to renew the EAD and AP I have with the pending EB 485 instead of applying for new one? the only thing is, I might not work for a while in the near future, so can I use work based AP come back if that happens?
