在小区里面的湖里自己钓的鱼,七条Bream,两条Bass:


四条Bream拿来烧烤,两面抹上油,料酒,盐,辣椒,佐料:


放烤箱约375度,十五分钟,端出来:


三条Bream拿来烧汤,把鱼洗干净:


鱼用油煎一下,烧汤,十分钟:


两条Bass清蒸,用两根蒜苗把鱼架起来,加上姜末,葱花,盐,酒和一点点油(葱,蒜苗都是自己地里的):


不过是用的微波炉,这个快,五分钟就好了:


配上蔬菜水果(自家鸡蛋):

bass is too small, 14' bass is alllowed to keep. it is not season.
