突然想念国内的烤羊肉串了,去三暮四买了羊肉回来~
把羊肉切好了,放盐巴,孜然粒儿,黑胡椒,辣椒面,crushed rosemary,
拌一下,自己吃,没有穿铁钳子,嫌麻烦,丢到烤箱里broil 档5分钟,
期间用筷子搅一搅,看着颜色差不多了,就端出来~
出来是这个样子的,就了点儿红酒下肚了。。。。。。
我还特稀饭吃三暮四的 mini cream cheese croissant,
可经常是去几次也碰不到有卖的~
而其他店卖的 cream cheese danish往往有很多糖粉,
还加有那些cherry 啥的,我不喜欢,于是从网上搜了这个方子自己做了吃~
这个方子我将糖量减少到3/4 杯,cream cheese 买的是那种less fat 的,
最后加糖分的那步也省略了,其他的没变~
喜欢吃cheese cake 的,应该也稀饭这个,可以试试,
若是稀饭cherry的,买pie filling 放在上面即可~~~
做好了,切成小块当早点或零食吃~

QUICK CREAM CHEESE DANISH
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg yolk1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. crescent rolls (8 count)
1 egg white (save to brush on crust)
Soften cream cheese. Lay 1 container of crescent rolls in the bottom of an ungreased 9"x13" pan. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl and then spread evenly on top of crescent roll layer. Then place the other container of crescent rolls over the top of filling, leaving no gaps in dough. Brush egg white over the top layer of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Drizzle with powdered sugar glaze (approximately 1 cup powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons milk). Cut into desired size of squares.
