素鹅的做法;鲜腐皮一张、八角、葱、姜、糖、酱油各少许,先将姜葱八角爆香,入水、酱油、糖,口味咸鲜,回味带甜,卤汁烧开转小火,腐皮小心入卤汁中泡一下,折叠成长条待凉,油锅烧热,入条型腐皮炸至表皮脆,再放入卤水中蒸至软,泡至凉取出,锅底垫锡纸,放糖、茶叶……上放铁架,再放入素鹅,薰5分钟即可
