2011的开门红没有成功,BANK出尔反尔,我就RELEASE了这个房子, 卖房代理从新放会市场上卖掉了.



接着来, 又看到了另外一个SHORT SALE,是在我熟悉的社区,比LISTING PRICE低了三万下了OFFER, 说服了LISTING AGENT接受我的OFFER, 并同意是CN KO条款, 可以让这个房子停留在市场上接受BACKUP OFFER, 但是银行必须先和我WORK,即使BACKUP OFFER比我出的高.
