SUMMARY:虽然今天(10月31日星期三)房贷二级市场的债券价格走高,但银行发布的利率价格和昨天相比却暂时持平。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率(不带impound account)30年固定仍维持在3.5%。15 年固定仍为2.75%,5/1 ARM仍做不到no-cost。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.375%,15年固定仍为2.5%,5/1 ARM仍为2.75%。 | ||||||
