煎小羊排 – Pan fried bread crumb crusted lamb chops
这是个简单的非周末晚餐.
孩子们不在家时, 我们俩下班回家, 吃个泡饭就好了, 可是要慰劳前线归来的人就要来点食济行动.
把小羊排, 去掉肥肉部分, 分切开后, 用混和干香料, 柠檬皮削和酸奶(yogurt) 腌大约20分钟,
这时开时准备配菜.
羊排腌好后, 粘裹上Panko面包削用葡萄籽油两面煎金黄, 大约4-5分钟就好了,
以下混和干香料炒香后碾碎:
香菜籽/ Coriander
黑胡椒/ Black peppercorn
干红辣椒碎/ Chile pepper flakes
孜然籽/ Cumin seeds
海盐

Starch 是 Quinoa, 开水煮几分钟, 拌橄榄油, 盐, 胡椒, 干蔓月莓, 洋葱油酥, 炒香的松仁,

蔬菜 是 沙拉, 也是三两下就好了,
