春天, 除了有鲜花插, 还有鲜蘑菇吃:)

老公跟同事一起去采了蘑菇, 洋名: Morel, 中文名: 羊肚菌。他是第一次采这种蘑菇, 所以迫不及待地晚餐立马炒出来尝鲜 -- 好吃啊...吃起来象肉一样的鲜香。妹妹一连吃了四五个!

Morel若干, 面粉, 蒜末。

1.蘑菇清洗干净(完全泡在清水里, +少许盐, 泡10-15分钟, 沥干水。重复2,3次);
2. 剪去硬蒂, 放paper towel上, 温柔地擦干水份:);
3. 每个蘑菇纵切两半, 撒少许面粉coating;
4. 中火, 锅里+约1.5大勺橄榄油, 油热后+蒜末煎香, 放入蘑菇, 煎3,4分钟或至蘑菇表面金黄,
