奶油炸糕

2 cups all purpose flour (中筋面粉2杯)

1 Tbsp sugar (糖1大匙)

1/4 tsp baking powder(发粉1/4小匙)

1/8 tsp baking soda(小苏打1/8小匙)

Mix above ingredients into 2 cups of boiling water(将以上材料充分混合。倒入2杯开水中烫熟。)

add 4 Tbsp butter = 1/2 stick(加黄油4大匙=半条)

2 eggs slowly added one by one (逐个加入2个蛋)

boil in medium heated oil until yellow and puffy:about 3-5mins (中火炸至金黄蓬松3-5分钟)

沾糖吃
