今天我们来做一款黑芝麻蛋糕， 加了黑芝麻粉的戚风蛋糕，带着浓郁的芝麻香味， 蛋糕本身清淡不腻，配上简单的裱花和醇厚的黑巧克力， 吃起来松软好吃，强烈推荐给大家。

大致的做法和普通戚风蛋糕差不多， 只是用了一个5寸的加高模具，这些小蛋糕要修身高挑一点，抹上奶油裱上花才会显得更小巧精致。具体做法，请看以下视频：

原料

蛋黄 2个

低筋面粉 30克

黑芝麻粉 20克

温牛奶50毫升

植物油 35毫升

 

蛋白 2个

细砂糖 30克

玉米淀粉 3克

柠檬汁 少量

 

淡奶油 400毫升

黑芝麻粉 20克

糖粉 20克
