SUMMARY:今天(9月3日星期四)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比暂时持平,但目前股票市场开始大跌,其对房贷利率将如何影响我们这些吃瓜群众将拭目以待。目前加州重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率目前仍为2.875%,15年固定的利率仍为2.5%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍勉强维持在2.625%,15年仍维持在2.375%。
如果你想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家贷款公司开始递交房贷申请,着手准备材料,然后就耐心等待,等到利率满意的时候再下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家贷款公司都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
