南瓜250克
酵母3克
糖一茶匙
核桃适量
做法:
1. 南瓜切片蒸熟,捣成泥,在有余温的时候加入一勺糖,油,酵母,鸡蛋,中筋面粉,揉成
面团,发至两倍大
2. 核桃烤熟之后用blender搅碎
3. 面发好之后,排气,擀成薄片,抹油,把搅好的核桃铺上面,卷起来,分成均等小份, 表面抹一点黑芝麻 或者白芝麻,中小火烙至两面金黄即可
