詹姆士是个台湾电视厨师,主持过很多烹调以及旅游美食节目,比如型男大主厨,爱玩客等等。田园时光是个可爱的阿婆(她自称),饭菜都是在自己家里厨房拍的。
这两个频道的共通之处就是节目短小精悍,照着做出来的东西成功率高,味道好。
What I don’t want for a recipe video:
- complicated recipe with too many ingredients or steps. I’m not auditioning Iron Chef here
- The video looks good but it’s like a fantasy. Watch the video but don’t try for you WILL fail
Earlier today I was watching a video by SpainRevealed about churros. 西班牙糖油条。看了口水流一地。
上次我们去西班牙时,基本上天天都去油条专卖店吃现炸的油条蘸巧克力。西班牙好吃的东西很多,但是如果我只能选一项,那一定只能是油条巧克力。(如果是法国,那就只好马卡龙。The almighty sweet tooth rules.)
我比较喜欢细的那种油条,粗的太油。话说前阵子忽然馋churros 到发疯。虽说纽约有正宗一点儿的有卖西班牙油条的甜品店,但疫情之下,纽约也不能说去就去。谁想竟然在网上买了全套的家伙事儿:

然后某日捣鼓了一上午,竟然不可思议地做出尝起来颇为神似的西班牙油条和巧克力。狂吃了一气。可惜还是麻烦,且要现做现吃,所以目前只好看个视频聊解馋意。
