美食节上观摩了现场做的日式舒芙蕾的全过程，点了一个藏红花浇头的，口感跟冰淇淋似的，太好吃了！做法看上去似乎很简单，但这个口感超级棒的配方估计得好好琢磨琢磨…

所需材料：（这个配方我还没有亲自试过，仅供大家参考）

蛋黄两个

全脂牛奶20克

清淡食用油10克

中筋面粉30

我用视频记录了制做全过程，看着这些喧腾腾、胖乎乎的面糊，轻松变身成圆圆的舒芙蕾厚松饼好有趣，好疗愈…

淋上不同口味的浇头更好吃了！

口感像极了冰淇淋！真正的入口即化，超级好吃。真有点按耐不住想自己做的冲动…
