平衡训练的考核

这周平衡课,教练让我们做了一下测试。和几个月前相比,身体的稳定性真的要好很多。这对我很重要。

你的身体到底有多年轻,不在于你跑了多少个马拉松,爬了多少山,跳了多少舞,完成了多少次铁人三项。而是你的稳定性和平衡的能力。这是神经,肌肉,力量,柔韧性全面结合的体能表现。

大家可以自己测试一下。哈哈。
