我最喜欢的一套复健动作



跟了教练以后,才知道可以用弹力绳,木棍,做这些动作,拉伸肩颈,真的非常舒服,我经常随身带几根绳子,在办公室,跑马之前,旅行途中,随时随地都可拉一下,会让人觉得非常放松和舒服。

跟了教练做这些复健以后,我多年的颈椎病再也没犯过,knock on wood, 哈哈。
