给露西压惊 -- 猩猩惜猩猩


露西给大家报了平安，私房的朋友们松了一口气。
我们这每年6-11月也是飓风季节，每年这时候我也和露西一样担心受怕，也算是猩猩惜猩猩吧，上几个菜给露西压惊，也给同样担心受怕的私房朋友们。
很简单的家常菜，别嫌弃。


炒鸡腿肉
基本法是我的豉椒鸡做法，露西不能吃辣，只放了一丁点辣椒，不辣，露西别怕。
做法:
鸡腿弃骨切块；
炒锅又放油，热油放葱头，青椒, 蒜瓣，豆豉炒香(一定要闻到豆豉有香味)；
加入鸡肉炒一会儿，再放糖，酱油炒炒后稍焖一下就好了。




清炒豆腐
豆腐先用一点油煎煎，再放点炒鸡腿肉的汁，清淡又鲜美。




乱煎了几个韭菜盒子




还有一大锅白菜丸子汤
