红薯发糕

周末来了几个客人, 做了一盆妈妈教的红薯发糕..

做法和材料可以参考:

搅拌好等待发酵..用的是全麦面粉, 所以颜色是褐色的..



蒸好的发糕模样.. 胖胖的很可爱..



倒出来.. 反了..



正面的看一下..



切开一块, 配上一杯 coffee shake.. 很不错的下午茶..





一半不见了.. :)
