I offered S$1 to Richard asking him to teach me free style this evening, when he was playing his water baloon. He refused and asked for more. I then offered S$2, but he asked for S$3 saying: "S$3. That's it." All right. We made a deal. Then, he swam back and forth a couple of times to give me a demo. I followed his way and tried. He stood by the pool and watched me very seriously. After I stopped, he commented that I should not have bented my knees and should have tried to keep my legs straight during swimming. I followed his instructions and tried again and again. It worked! I started to swim free style under his coach. It was definitely a milestone for me. Thank you Richard! I paid him S$3 immediately after the lesson of course.
