泰式烤小鸡,泰式凉面

夏天少炒热锅,做这样的饭轻松.

小鸡一切二,用腌料腌过夜,放有烤架的烤盘,用450F烤20分钟,再用350F烤30分钟.
腌料: 鱼露,糖,蒜泥,切碎的香菜,青柠汁,咖哩粉,辣椒粉,椰奶,胡椒,一点盐

泰式凉面

细拉面(蛋面,米粉也好),黄瓜丝,胡罗卜丝,甜洋葱丝,香菜(我还用了薄荷叶和BASIL,我家地里的,不用也行),鱼露,糖,青柠汁,蒜油,一点耗油, 碎熟花生.

做主食时,还可以加鸡丝,肉片,鱼饼都行.
