材料:鸡腿肉2.5磅,郫县豆瓣2~3大勺,五香粉少许,孜然粉1~2勺,面粉二大勺,面包粉4大勺

炸鸡块之前裹上面粉,面包粉(或者玉米粉),油锅烧热之后入鸡块炸熟。
