周日家常菜4: “石锅”拌饭, 素麻婆豆腐, 咸水毛豆角, 清炖鸡汤

为孩子和LG做饭, 心里喜欢他们吃饭的样子...

春假纽约行: 耶鲁大学,Grand Hyatt Hotel,  帝国大楼, 韩国餐,哥仑比亚大学, 自由女神, 时代广场, 百老汇, 中央公园, 乘马车,第五大道shopping, 去表弟家看baby. 一路FB下来, 最值得回味的是KoreanTown的石锅拌饭和Flushing的魔竽鸭子。 回家后就琢磨着自己整。 魔竽鸭子需要泡姜泡海椒, 打开冰箱检查泡菜坛() 泡姜泡海椒远远不够, 魔竽鸭子就暂时不提。 老大很喜欢石锅拌饭, 今天咱就先做这个!

半磅小octopus 半磅瑶柱, 半个洋葱, 一根红萝卜, 两根青葱分别切碎, 锅里两大勺橄榄油烧热, 先下洋葱碎炒香, 再下其它几样, 加一小勺盐和一点胡椒粉, 翻匀加盖焖两分钟, 这时会出很多水,  octopus粒, 熟了就加煮好的米饭。 米饭会立即吸干锅中的汤水, 再翻炒两分钟收干水汽就好了 -- 鲜, 微甜, 好吃惨了!

素麻婆豆腐, 咸水毛豆角人人会做, 我就不写作法了。 清炖鸡汤一定要用WholeFoods的鸡, 只加几片姜, 一点毛毛盐和一点胡椒粉。 鸡肉嫩,鸡汤鲜, 我家老二最爱!
