材料
Blend the ground pork and shrimp together with seasoning.
Add green onion mix it well
Stuffed each pepper
Pan fried it with oil
Made black bean sauce put on top of the stuffed pepper and serve.
Lately the price of pepper has been reasonable (89cents/lb). In the morning we went to YUM CHA and had this dish so I decided to try to make this dish for dinner at night. If you use the blender to blend the meat, it will come out very 'un' (al dente).
Today is Superbowl XLII.. a huge day for Americans. The Giants (New York) are playing the Patriots(New England) Everyone is staying at home watching the game. I have some friends come over to watch the game and I made some dip for them to eat, while they are watching the game.
This is the LAST layer put cheese on top
First layer (canned refried bean) from the bottom up
2nd layer sour cream and avocado (mix them together)
3rd layer Mayonnaise, taco mix, and tobacco sauce
4th layer diced tomato
5th and 6th layer green onion and (cheddar) cheese
6 layer dip
Here is the recipe: refried beans, sour cream, avocado, mayonnaise, taco mix, tobacco sauce, (forgot to put it out) tomato, green onion, cheddar cheese
