材料:絞碎牛肉,洋蔥切粒,咖哩粉,鹽,糖,豆粉水. 下油落鑊,爆香洋蔥,加入牛肉略炒,再加入咖喱粉拌勻,最后加鹽,糖,豆粉水,試味 盛起放涼。

一次過我做了2個樱桃撻和藍梅撻, 容易做,又好吃.

材料: 3/4 c. + 2 tbsp。面粉 1/2 c.糖,少量盐 3个鸡蛋 6 T黄油熔化, 8 oz 牛奶,
预先热烤箱400F和11英寸盆涂黄油。(和一個6寸和4個4寸的盆子)

在一个大盆,混合面粉、糖和盐。

把鸡蛋一次一个打在發在粉里,攪到滑為止(大約二 三分鐘)。

慢慢混合熔化黄油。

豬扒飯,今次買到的豬扒又林又有肉味,這豬扒是在三藩市買的,第次去買多D放在freezer里.今次我只用salt and papper醃D豬扒,然後煎熟‧ 香港朋友說這塊豬扒有點兒像香港島.
