My Working Experience for control eczema - 也给这里的湿疹宝宝的妈妈们

My son is 5 years old. He has very severely 湿疹(eczema) since he was born. I have been succussfully controling his eczema 湿疹 since he was 1 year old. He still has 湿疹. But it is under control by following the daily routine skin care which I developed.
I still remember the day and night I research on the Internet. Why and how.. seems like nothing can help my poor baby. I was in that shoes and I understand how hard it was for mom.

I have been thinking to share my experience for quite some time. But.. life, work..etc.. never have chance yet..
I just write few outline here.. I will write the detail later when I have time.

The key point is - keep the moisture in the skin..

Following this skin care routine to maintain after you use Dr. subscribes cream to control the break out.

1. Don't bath too often, use warm close to cold water. ( while water drying on body, can bring out more moisture from skin, make skin more dry)

2. Don't have baby in the water for too long as this can make the skin loose moisture. Moisturise baby within 3 mins of leaving the water .

3.Don't use anything with Soap. I use Cetaphil Cleanser which doesn't contain soap.. you can find it in Costco.
www.cetaphil.com

3. Rubbing bath oil into baby's body right before you take the baby out the bath. ( Oil can helps to lock the moisture inside skin). I use Aveenno bath Oil.

4. Rubbing (Not apply) lotion/cream well on the body right after you take the baby out of the water..  use Fragrance free ..
Depends on how dry your baby's skin.. I used Ceterfil cream, Ceterfile lotion... Aveenoo lotion.

****Don't use Aquaphor Healing Orintment for body, it also block the pores which can help skin breath. It makes the eczema worse under knee or anywhere skin sweating or fold together.
Instead Aquaphor,  I forgot the name. It is in green square iron container which American use to apply for animal, but it has been used for human in past 20 -30 years, my dr. told me this, you can find it in Costco over the counter area, very cheap, few dollors)

5. Rubbing lotion/cream/Orintment twice/day, morning, night( even no bath).. you also can add more if you feel the skin dryness during the day.

5. Don't put to many layers on baby ,if they get to hot they flair up.

One bloody experience I learned from my experience
- My son started to devleop after we used johnson &johnson products for his first bath.
